We leveraged Symphony ECP to enable client-side connectivity with OpenFin, enhancing communication between market makers and clients. Additionally, we showcased how transcribed audio conversations using the Google Speech-to-Text API can serve as an additional data sources for market color generation.

TechnologiesTeams in our research and innovation hub Lithos Labs experiment with various technologies to find new more efficient solutions for existing problems. For the Lithos CueAI project we used Openfin to create a modern desktop interoperability-ready application. After experimenting with various AI technologies the project team decided to use OpenAI Assistant for message generation and Google Speech API for call transcripts, but other similar technologies could also be successfully used instead.

OpenAI AssistantThe Assistants API allows you to build AI assistants within your own applications. An Assistant has instructions and can leverage models, tools, and files to respond to user queries.

Communication technologiesWe used MS Teams, Symphony messenger and Cloud9 as solutions for sending market color messages to clients, but the way we built CueAI allows integrating Bloomberg or any other solution instead.

Google Speech-to-Text APISpeech-to-Text enables easy integration of Google speech recognition technologies into developer applications. You can send audio and receive a text transcription from the Speech-to-Text API service.
